I chose this book because Michael Morpurgo is one of my favourite authors and I loved every book of his that I read. His books  are so interesting and keeps your attention the whole way through.

This book is about a boy called Jonah who meets an old man…..But not any old man. The man tells Jonah about his childhood caring for a child prodigy, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart.

My favourite character in this book is definitely Nathaniel Hogarth. He was the old man and I liked how he put some humour in the story he was telling.

I recommend this book to children of ages 11 to 14.

I give this book a 10/10 because I loved everything about it and all the different settings mentioned in the book, made me picture it all perfectly in my head.
